AI for Sufficiency

One of the capabilities usually found in an artificial intelligence system is predicting with calculation. With machine learning, it is predicting based on data.

While now AI is used with an objective to maximize a certain criterion, in terms of fulfilling human needs, we should explicitly design it to ensure sufficiency of resource consumption, avoiding excess and deficiency.
